On Thursday, our Widening Participation Lead (Independent, Charity & Third Sector), Tony Armstrong, was privileged to visit Broughton House Veteran Services and present the Veteran Aware award.

Tony says: “Broughton House has provided excellent care and support to Veterans and their families for over 100 years. It was great to meet the residents, including 3 D-Day veterans, families and the fantastic Broughton House, staff and volunteers.

“Also a massive thank you to Lieutenant Jack Ardern and SSgt Martin Guinnane from 103 Regt Royal Artillery for supporting the event.”
