New NHS Veteran Aware accreditations this summer

It feels like summer has finally arrived, we hope that many of you have had the opportunity to enjoy a well earned rest at some point.

The last few months have flown by and with many developments, not least including a new government, and we have now accredited almost all NHS organisations, with just seven trusts left to accredit.

The increasing number of organisations who primarily care for children, and who are accrediting, is representative of the improved understanding of the breadth and diversity of the Armed Forces community. On behalf of Armed Forces families, thank you for your commitment to understanding and improving care.
