One Army, One NHS, One Community – One Tim Briggs

On 23 November 2021, Professor Tim Briggs will be one of the key speakers at a conference co-hosted by Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care System and 202 (Midlands) Field Hospital.

The conference – From Reserve Forces Review 2030 Strategy to Implementation by the NHS and the Army Medical Services Reserve – will be held at the Shropshire Education & Conference Centre, and virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Guest Speakers include: Brigadier Alison McCourt CBE ARRC, Commander 2nd Medical Brigade; Brigadier Stephen Archer ARRC QHN, Head Army Medical Services (AMS) Reserves; and Professor Tim Briggs CBE, National Director for Clinical Quality & Efficiency NHS.

Professor Briggs – who is also VCHA National Lead – will be talking about The Chavasse Report, and the Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance, that has accredited an astonishing 99 NHS healthcare providers in England.
