Saturday 25 June 2002 was Armed Forces Day, and this was marked at the RUH this week with a breakfast event for staff who are Armed Forces veterans, reservists, or supporters with close family members in the Armed Forces.

RUH is proud to have been awarded Veteran Aware accreditation in 2021 for commitment to leading the way in improving NHS care for veterans and members of the armed forces community.
